According to its statutes, the Bundesverband Naturkost und Naturwaren e.V. consists of three bodies: the General Assembly, the Management Board and the Board of Trustees. In addition, a scientific advisory board supports its work.
Once a year the Bundesverband Naturkost Naturwaren (BNN) invites its members for a General Assembly. All producers, wholesalers and retailers who are a member of BNN meet to discuss current topics, take common decisions.
The board of the Bundesverband Naturkost und Naturprodukte e.V. is made up of a five-member voluntary steering committee representing all levels of trade - production, wholesale and retail - in the industry represented by the association.
The BNN Board of Trustees is a voluntary body that supports the work of the Board. It is made up of three representatives from each of the three levels of trade: production, wholesale and retail.
The scientific advisory board advises the BNN.
